I help driven athletes and active adults overcome setbacks and pursue their goals fearlessly.
Since 2018, I’ve focused my work on helping athletes and active adults get back to what they love and trust their bodies in the process. I use strength-based rehab, measurable progress tracking, and structured return-to-sport testing so you know, not hope, that you’re ready. I also appreciate that recovery isn’t just physical. Setbacks can shake your confidence just as much as your strength. I make space for the mental side of injury — the fear, hesitation, and uncertainty that often linger — because rebuilding trust in your body is what truly allows you to move forward.
At Fearless Pursuit, care is active, collaborative, and movement-driven. Every client starts with a discovery call followed by a 1:1 performance evaluation, where we identify exactly what’s holding you back and map out a clear plan forward. From there, I combine in-person sessions at Ironhide Fitness with structured virtual support — including customized training programs, education, and direct communication between visits — so you’re supported both inside and outside the gym.
I work best with people who train with purpose — those who want more than a quick fix and are committed to rebuilding strength, resilience, and confidence.
When I’m not working with clients at Ironhide, I’m probably spending quality time with my husband Lucas, our little guy Rory, and our husky mix, Akira. My favorite ways to get moving include a mix of lifting, getting out for a run or hike, and enjoying summer rounds of golf. Our family is in a full season of life, and enjoying the whirlwind each day brings!
